Background

This French public financial institution dedicated to economic development wanted to deploy collaborative tools for its teams to continue and accelerate its digital transformation. It wanted dedicated change management support to set up appropriate communication and ensure the adoption of collaborative tools and uses around Teams.

Encourage employees to make efficient use of the various Teams tools to strengthen and anchor the digital transformation around collaborative uses

Approach

Evaluation of the organization's maturity and the impacts on the different populations • Definition of a targeted communication plan using different media to multiply the impact (video tips, articles, memo sheets, presentation materials, etc.) • Design and deployment of training cycles for all employees and specific populations: 3,000 people trained through 2 e-learning courses (a tool course on Teams as well as a course on good collaboration practices) • Creation and management of Teams member networks who are local relays to help anchor this digital transformation
