Background

Our client is a French private, multi-domain higher education organization with more than 60 schools in 15 countries and more than 200,000 students per year. The deployment of the HRIS throughout the Group had been carried out on a global approach and it was necessary to accompany the entities to optimise its usage and encourage the adoption of the solution.

Challenge

To reinforce the operational efficiency of HRIS solutions, the HR Department wanted to define and implement an operational action plan covering the optimization and harmonization of HR processes (from a functional and technical point of view) and targeted user support to ensure their appropriation.

Approach

Keyrus Management structured and managed the operational action plan to optimize the use of their HRIS. This was done by: • An analysis of the issues and identifying solutions • Prioritizing topics and developing an operational action plan • Steering and supporting the implementation through co-construction workshops: optimization of functional processes, redefinition of roles and responsibilities of the players, fluidity of workflows, development of reports, improvement of user ergonomics, etc. • Targeting support for users to ensure that they get to grips with the solution (communications, training, operating procedures, FAQs, operational support) and to reinforce operational efficiency
