Keyrus Management provided end-to-end support for this sales forecasting and "open to buy" (constrained supply) calculation logic: - Familiarization with the existing and target Core Model - Definition of a development plan by model component - Design in agile and collaborative mode with future users - Assistance with learning how to use the model in real time during negotiations with suppliers - Complementary development of an inventory management module (current and transit stocks, future demand, safety stock by sales outlet), and tracking of purchases by cluster / sales outlet
