An international player in the field of intelligent communications automation, our Euronext-listed customer had chosen an EPM Finance solution, based on a general design and a publisher/integrator consultation. Given the extent of the functional scope and the complexity of the analytical model, the specification work had fallen behind schedule, jeopardizing the project schedule.
Strengthen the EPM project team with a highly-senior functional project management team, ensuring: - the dynamics of detailed design work, - a clear understanding of business needs and technical imperatives, and validation of the development plan, - reinforcing a busy business team in impact analysis, testing and acceptance.
Keyrus Management provided support for the first delivery of the reporting system, integrating a profile with experience in management control and project management. This assistance was aimed at ensuring that the specifications were complete, that they were assimilated by the integration team, that critical points of complexity were highlighted, and that requests for arbitration were made to management to change historical practices.
Ongoing support for the Finance team in steering the project and putting the planned changes to financial reporting into perspective.
