As a world leader in the distribution, design and manufacture of articles and services dedicated to Sport and Leisure, the organization had changed significantly its business model with a redistribution of roles and perimeters in all areas of the company. In this context, the management wanted to review its management model and the associated information system in order to develop a performance culture among all the players (from the central office to the stores).
To successfully carry out a global transformation of the management model and procedures for the entire Group, i.e. all business lines and all countries.
Keyrus Management assisted our client in the following stages: • Framing the project by drafting of a project charter to engage management in this global transformation • Overhaul of the management model for all of the Group's businesses and business model components • Analysis of a change of EPM tool and guidance on the choice • Preparation and drafting of a General Design (target functional requirements for budgeting, forecasting processes and management reporting) • Launching the project and supporting the new project teams during the implementation and deployment phases • Implementation of a change management plan adapted and accompanied by a design and production guide for the change actions to be carried out
• This project mobilized the entire organization in a global transformation of its performance management. • They were able to find and onboard the right software partner (BOARD) to succeed in this transformation and above all with the right level of commitment to meet the challenges of an international project.
