Our client is a fast-growing French player in the music industry with an international dimension, offering artists a digital distribution capacity for their works on digital platforms.
To support the company's growth, the Finance Department had to evolve its organization and processes to provide the right level of support to the Business teams and to drive performance among management teams.
Keyrus Management's support was organized in two phases: Phase 1: To clarify the missions by process and redefine the roles & responsibilities in order to formalize the new organization Phase 2: To accompany the deployment of this organization with the teams by communicating the meaning in order to re-mobilize the different actors Phase 1 was carried out using a RACI type approach within the framework of workshops led using the Lean Management method: • To understand the current situation and the difficulties encountered • To define the ambition and the missions carried out with the CFO and more globally with the top management • To have a better vision of internal customers (Voice of the customer) • To organise a workshop to identify and formalize the target RACI with the teams • To prepare the change management plan and launch of support actions
By clarifying the organization with a RACI and the positioning of the CFO more broadly in the Group's ecosystem, Keyrus Management helped this client to effectively deploy its new organization within the Group and, above all, to put in place lasting foundations to support strong growth.
